Revenue Grid Reaches New Heights for Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – June 17, 2016 – Revenue Grid (formerly Invisible.io), the global leader in integrating complex enterprise-class software solutions with everyday work environments for teams, announced a new release of its app. This updated version takes integration with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Salesforce to a new level.
“Revenue Grid is improving our joint customers’ efficiency by integrating directly with Office 365 and Outlook,” said Rob Howard, Director of Office 365 Ecosystem at Microsoft.
The key features of the updated app make Revenue Grid a unique product for users working in the Microsoft ecosystem:
- Adaptive Sidebar – the newly-released version of Revenue Grid transforms the user interface of Outlook, Office365, and Exchange integration by incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to deliver the best of Salesforce.
- Calendar sync – Salesforce and Microsoft Exchange calendars will sync with the app so your schedule is under control and you never miss an important meeting or call. Besides being available on your mobile phone or tablet, your Salesforce meetings are also synced with the calendar application of your choice and connected to Microsoft Exchange or Office 365.
- Tasks – You do not need to switch between Salesforce and your task application to figure out your daily plan – all tasks will be put in one joint list which combines Salesforce and Microsoft Exchange tasks.
- Contacts – Share and sync information between Salesforce and Outlook seamlessly. Key Salesforce contacts are placed in a new Business Contacts folder in Outlook or Office 365. As a result, sales representatives always know who is calling.
“SmartCloud Connect is an outstanding tool for achieving more with your current team. It arms your sales force with data, knowledge, and functionality at the right time and in the right place by bringing Salesforce context into email, tasks lists, and calendars,” said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of Revenue Grid
The story of Revenue Grid and Microsoft goes back to 2009. Since that time, the company, in cooperation with Microsoft, has continued to innovate and provide customers with more ways to improve their productivity while working with Salesforce in their email inbox.
