How organizations use it
When the Opportunity's Close Date is in the past, the Opportunity Owner and Sales Director receive a notification. The Opportunity Owner gets notified about their every open opportunity. The Sales Director gets notified only during the final stages and when the Opportunity Amount exceeds $50,000.
