As Sales Manager, I have 1:1 meetings with my Sales Representative Rober every week on Monday morning so the system sends me the Summary of all Robert's overdue tasks every Monday at 8 am. As a Sales Manager, I am actively engaged in coaching my team. I create tasks for my team members to help them move deals forward. The system sends me a list of Overdue tasks where I`m the creator so I can track progress on tasks I assigned.
