Lead has not been processed in time

Signal description

The system sends a signal to a BDR to engage with unprocessed leads after a specified number of silent hours to improve lead generation. Management and Leadership can request to receive this signal for oversight of specific leads or BDRs.

How organizations use it

As a member of the Lead Generation Team, you get notified when your Leads have not been processed by 4 hours or more - this is a practice set by the management. You want to make sure you reach out to all your leads and potentially turn them into customers, therefore, this reminder is helping you to stay on top of your communications.
