Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Previous office management, administrative, or assistant experience in IT company.
- Experience with coordination and scheduling.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High communicational and organizational skills.
- Positive and smiling person.
- A results-oriented approach to your work.
- Ability to independently organize your work.
- English — Upper-intermediate (spoken and written).
- Experience in SMM will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the office, arranging and ensuring necessary repairs.
- Managing suppliers (food, tea, stationery, branding production etc).
- Visas support for employees.
- Helping colleagues with their requests.
- Cooperation with the HR department.
- Helping with onboarding of newcomers.
- Helping with Instagram.
- Organization of corporate events, team-buildings, parties.
- Looking for creative ideas to improve our office life.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
- Budget control and payments arrangements.
