Head of Demand Generation

Revenue Grid is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to join our growing marketing team. Revenue Grid is a Guided Selling platform that helps sales teams to build repeatable revenue generation practices with the help of AI. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our inbound marketing activities, including SEO, Paid, Email, etc.

Location: US-only; the remote is possible.

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Lead the team of Demand Generation: SEO, Paid and Email, potentially more.
  • Build and Lead Account-Based Marketing activities
  • Develop A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation to increase conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
  • Working with the content team to create appropriate tactics for content marketing
  • Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Manage our marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense), analytics infrastructure, and attribution model
  • Develop reporting on key demand gen KPIs, track progress vs goals, and ensure we have strong insights into performance and trends
  • Delivering performance reports to leadership
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Demand Generation experience in B2B, Sales Automation SaaS business
  • Track record of success working with a B2B sales team, delivering qualified leads, buyer engagement, and pipeline
  • Data-driven with experience developing a KPI framework, optimizing metrics, and tracking performance against growth goals
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, ABM, digital technologies, including marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM tools
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with the sales team and be comfortable managing lead follow-up expectations
  • Consistent track record of partnering with the content marketing team to maximize content consumption and, in turn, leads
  • Experience managing paid search programs and webinar series
  • Strong understanding and experience creating dashboards and metrics to drive transparency and communicate progress throughout the funnel
  • Results-oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • Proven ability to work with and communicate effectively with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Experience in analytics or business intelligence, a plus
