Business Development Manager (LinkedIn Campaigns)

  • Over 2 years of email marketing/LinkedIn campaigns or demand generation experience with enterprise-level B2B accounts
  • Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional English writing and editing skills; the ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice of various types of content and target customer segments involved in our business
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software, such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, without missing important details
  • A self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a high-intensity rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with any or all of the following: SaaS, Sales Engagement Platforms, and the sales side of IT businesses are considered an advantage
  • Experience with building and executing demand generation campaigns for enterprises

  • Develop LinkedIn inmails (cold and nurturing) programs for various marketing personas that progressively move target audiences along the buyers’ journey and into the sales pipeline, towards becoming our products’ customers and advocates
  • Establish, track, and improve response rates, conversion rates, the pipeline, and ROI for our LinkedIn programs
  • Segment lists based on behavior, like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, page visits, etc.).
