Capture with Control: 3 New Sync Features for More Complete & Accurate CRM Data

Compliance-heavy teams shouldn’t have to choose between a complete CRM and a controlled one. Yet most sync tools force that choice by treating every email and meeting the same way.
The result is familiar: Irrelevant messages clutter the CRM, sensitive leadership meetings show up in places they shouldn’t, and records get squeezed into a structure that doesn’t match how the business actually works. Data like that is inconsistent, hard to trust, and hard to act on.
Complete shouldn’t mean indiscriminate. Getting your relationship data into Salesforce comes down to three decisions: what comes in, what stays protected, and where it lands. Revenue Grid CRM Sync now gives you control over all of that with three new features.

Capture what matters and keep your CRM relevant

Your team doesn’t need every email in Salesforce. They need the ones about the customers, programs and projects that drive the business. With Rule-Based Email Sync, you define what counts as relevant using matching rules, such as keywords and phrases, and only emails that match are synced.
  • Less clutter, more signal. Teams see business conversations, not noise.
  • Nothing risky slips through. Sensitive-content blocking still takes priority over your rules, and anyone can still save an important email by hand.
  • Easy to trust. Every decision is logged without storing the email’s content.
The feature stays off until you turn it on, and your Revenue Grid team sets up the rules with you.

Protect what’s sensitive and keep leadership meetings confidential

Meetings with executives, legal and HR leaders often hold the most sensitive conversations in the business. With Confidential Event Sync, when a meeting includes someone on your confidential list (even if they are only listed as optional), Salesforce shows the title, description and location as “Confidential” and attachments stay out. Times and attendees still sync as normal.
  • Real details stay in the calendar. Nothing in Salesforce ever overwrites what is in your calendar (Outlook only at this time)
  • Recurring meetings are covered. Every occurrence is protected, not just the first.
  • Flexibility when it matters. Users can still choose to save full details from the Sidebar.

Fit your data model and log to the records you already use

Not every company tracks customer interactions in standard Salesforce Tasks and Events. FSC Interaction Sync lets people save Outlook emails and meetings in one click as Salesforce Interactions, in your own objects and fields, with no custom development.
  • Complete records. The full email or meeting is saved, attachments included.
  • No duplicates. The same email or meeting is never logged twice.
  • You stay in control. Nothing is logged unless a person chooses to.

Built for teams where trust is everything

For teams in compliance-heavy environments such as wealth managers and investment professionals, relationships are the business. Picture an advisor whose client emails sync while firm-leadership discussions stay masked, and whose client history lands in the firm’s own Interaction records. Or a deal team whose rules, built around project names, keep the right correspondence in and the rest out. These controls are designed to support your firm’s own policies, so your CRM can be complete and controlled at the same time.
