The new cloud technology enables integration between the user’s inbox and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, simplifying key actions that sales teams perform daily while communicating with customers or prospects, providing integral service, and closing deals.

The SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer server-side integration supports a wide range of email servers: Office 365, Gmail, Exchange 2010 and above. It is also available for a wide range of email clients: Outlook-rich clients on Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac, Outlook Web App, or Gmail as well as native email clients.
Users gain interactive access, with full customization support, to CRM business data through their inbox. The SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer server-side integration is also a powerful, complete synchronization solution for contacts, calendars, and emails, keeping data up to date across all user devices connected to Exchange, Office 365, or a Gmail account.
