It’s Time to #StandwithUkraine

No one ever imagined that on the 24th of February 2022, we would wake up to the deafening boom of bombs, or that many of us would have to leave our homes or bear the devastating loss of friends and loved ones as the criminal russian government started unreasonable and unprovoked attack on Ukraine.

By the time this post is published, it has been 14 days of the war: 14 days of bombings of hospitals and residential homes; 14 days of occupants trying to overtake our cities and villages; 14 days of determination of Ukrainians as we push back against the occupants that came to destroy Ukraine’s independence.

Although Revenue Grid is an American company, our product was born in Ukraine, and most of our team is based there. It is one of the many reasons we are outraged at this cold-blooded attack on Ukraine. At the moment, we are focusing our efforts on employee safety and the continuity of business.

The good news is that employees at our Kyiv office, as well as in other cities are currently safe, and we are doing everything possible to keep it that way. We have relocated a significant part of our Kyiv team, and some others are in the process of relocating.

While we never anticipated such a devastating tragedy, our pre-defined Business Continuity Plan has helped us swiftly handle the situation. We have implemented this plan and put in place all necessary measures to ensure the safety of our employees, the stability of our services, and the continuity of our customers’ business processes.

Will there be glitches in customers’ workflows?

No. Our customers can rest assured that business processes will proceed as usual, without any disruptions. All Revenue Grid services are in secured cloud infrastructures – mainly, Microsoft Azure in the US and the EU.

Our customer data is still as secure and safe as always. And a significant part of our team has settled down in safe locations and resumed their duties. This ensures that the Revenue Grid platform works without interruptions and within defined SLAs. All planned tasks are being processed by our team.

Despite how hard the situation seems now, we are optimistic that Ukraine will prevail in this fight for freedom. In the same vein, we are confident our business will continue to run smoothly, and Revenue Grid will continue to provide the same level of impeccable service and support we are known for.

Are you ready to take a stance?

In the last few days, we’ve seen many brands take a stand against Russia’s criminal acts against humanity by stopping business with Russia. Major brands like Apple, Dropbox, PayPal, Dell, Adobe, Amazon, and many others have already set the pace, but we need even more companies and individuals to stop doing business with Russia.

We believe that every single activity directly (or indirectly) supports their criminal government and funds this unjust bloody war.

Taking the next steps

As a company, we are doing all we can to help Ukrainians fight and win. We are supporting donations, and actively advocating for peace on all platforms. If you’d like to join us and take a stand against this unjustifiable war, there are several ways to do so:

  • If you want to help the people of Ukraine, you can donate directly to Humanitarian assistance and to Ukrainian Armed Forces assistance.
  • If you want to help our affected employees directly, you can use a special PayPal account we created [email protected] or donate directly to the dedicated bank account we set up at Bank of America:

Routing 053904483
Account # 223028987869
Swift: BOFAUS3N

  • You can also help spread awareness about the war in Ukraine, push your government for more action, and finally stop supporting or doing business with russian companies or the russian government.

Remember, no amount and no action are too small to make a difference

We sincerely hope that our beloved Ukraine remains a free democratic country and finds the peace her people desire. We #StandwithUkraine.

Glory to Ukraine! Слава Україні!
