Meetings are one of the richest sources of business intelligence. Customer objections, buying signals, competitive mentions, next steps, they’re all there.

The challenge isn’t having conversations. It’s capturing the knowledge inside them and turning it into measurable performance insights.

Revenue Grid already handles the fundamentals: memos that preserve context, action items that drive follow-through, summaries that distill what matters, and evaluations that measure quality. Read more about Revenue Grid Meetings Assistance.

With the February 2026 release, we’re strengthening both sides of the equation:

  • More accurate knowledge capture. Make it effortless to document every conversation.
  • Clearer performance visibility. Understand what drives success.

Revenue teams don’t struggle with having conversations; they struggle with learning from them at scale.

What’s New

Statistics & Meeting Types

Surface patterns and gain visibility across conversations

The challenge with most conversation data is that it’s too detailed to be useful. You have recordings, transcripts, and notes, but which patterns actually matter?

We’ve expanded Meetings Assistance with deeper analytics at both the individual and team levels. You can now track:

  • Meeting volume, duration, and frequency patterns
  • Conversation types and their distribution
  • Topics, tags, and keywords that appear most often
  • Engagement trends over time

This provides a structured view of how your teams communicate. Leaders can identify patterns across customer conversations. Managers can evaluate engagement and focus areas. Teams can align around what’s actually being discussed in the field.

Revenue Grid Native Zoom & Microsoft Teams Bot

Capture meetings in a more reliable, native way

Previously, meeting capture relied on third-party recording solutions. With this release, Revenue Grid introduces fully native Zoom and Microsoft Teams bots, giving you greater reliability, control, and consistency.

The bot joins meetings as a transparent participant, clearly identifies itself, improves speaker diarization, and replaces legacy dial-in recording solutions.

The native bot delivers more stable recordings and higher transcript accuracy, resulting in better summaries, more precise evaluations, and stronger downstream action tracking.

Voice-Driven Meeting Notes

Capture knowledge when and where it happens
Not every meeting is recorded. And some of the most valuable context surfaces after the call while reflecting, connecting insights, or moving between meetings. Knowledge capture shouldn’t require sitting down to type.

With voice-driven documentation, you can:

  • Dictate notes naturally in your own words/li>
  • Automatically generate structured meeting records
  • Extract action items without manual formatting
  • Extend recorded meetings with additional context

Whether you’re documenting an unrecorded meeting or adding depth to an existing one, spoken input becomes organized, searchable documentation instantly.

Turning Conversations into Institutional Knowledge

By making conversations easier to document and analyze, Revenue Grid helps teams reduce gaps in their knowledge base, gain clearer visibility into customer engagement, and identify the signals that drive outcomes.

Every meeting already contains value. This release ensures that value is captured consistently and turned into action.
