Eric is a revenue and go-to-market leader with over 25 years of experience scaling B2B SaaS companies across sales, marketing, and business development. At Airship, he served as SVP of Worldwide Sales, bringing more than two decades of executive leadership across technology, martech, and mobile companies. At Invoca, he built the sales processes and teams that drove 500 percent revenue growth, leading the company through a full strategic market shift and rebrand as CMO. Before that, at Silverpop, he achieved record growth and retention by building a global team and scalable sales process — before the company was acquired by IBM. As President of SmartReply, he grew revenue over 800 percent, leading to its acquisition by Genesys Communications. He also led Splash through a period of significant growth, doubling the business while navigating the challenges of the global pandemic. At Revenue Grid, Eric leads the company’s mission to give sales and revenue teams the intelligence they need to drive repeatable, scalable revenue — through AI-powered activity capture, pipeline visibility, and deal guidance built natively for Salesforce. He holds patents for marketing processes and innovations, and studied Management, Innovation, and Strategy at the University of Redlands and MIT.
