Strategic Partnership Manager

Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to build, scale, and manage high-impact partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem and broader go-to-market landscape. This role is critical to expanding Revenue Grid’s partnership channel, driving sourced pipelines, and strengthening strategic alliances that support long-term revenue growth. 

This is a New York–based, hybrid role, requiring in-person collaboration at the Salesforce New York office 3-4 days per week. 

As a senior individual contributor, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external partners to design and execute partnership strategies that create measurable business impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Partnership Development 

  • Identify, onboard, and grow strategic partners, with a strong focus on Salesforce ecosystem partners (consulting firms, ISVs, implementation partners). 
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders. 
  • Develop joint value propositions, co-selling motions, and go-to-market strategies with partners. 

Partner-Sourced Pipeline & Revenue 

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through joint account planning and coordinated sales motions. 
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support co-selling efforts and accelerate deal velocity. 
  • Track, forecast, and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. 

Ecosystem & Field Engagement 

  • Represent Revenue Grid in partner meetings, ecosystem events, and Salesforce-led initiatives. 
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and execution. 
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to enable partners with messaging, training, and materials. 

Process, Reporting & Enablement 

  • Establish clear partnership processes, success metrics, and reporting frameworks. 
  • Maintain accurate partner activity, pipeline, and performance data in CRM systems. 
  • Continuously optimize partnership strategy based on data, feedback, and market dynamics. 

Requirements 

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, channel sales, or enterprise B2B SaaS sales. 
  • Proven experience working within or alongside the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce consulting partners, ISVs, or Salesforce-adjacent solutions). 
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions, co-selling, and partner-driven revenue. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and influence C-level stakeholders. 
  • Experience driving measurable outcomes from partnerships (pipeline, revenue, expansion). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Highly self-motivated, structured, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. 
  • Ability to work on-site in New York 3-4 days per week. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
