2025 was a highly productive year for the Revenue Grid team.

Behind the scenes, we’ve invested heavily in architecture, performance, and scalability, so we could ship features faster, more reliably, and with less friction for our customers. While much of that work happens quietly in the background, it’s already paying off.

Today, we’re excited to share new features you can benefit from right now, all designed to make Revenue Grid’s Activity Capture easier to manage, faster to roll out, and more powerful at scale.

What’s New

Round-Robin Scheduling

Fair, automated activity distribution, out of the box

Round-robin scheduling for BookMe is now front and center, helping revenue teams automatically distribute activities across reps without manual oversight.

Benefits:

  • Ensures fair workload allocation
  • Eliminates manual routing and reassignment
  • Improves response times and rep productivity

For teams handling high volumes of inbound or shared activities, this means less admin effort and more predictable execution.

Configuration Presets

Simplify settings management at scale

Admins can now create reusable configuration presets for Sync and Sidebar settings and apply them across users, teams, or entire profiles.

With presets, you can:

  • Define templates for common configurations
  • Assign settings to multiple users in seconds
  • Update configurations centrally, changes apply everywhere
  • Roll out changes gradually or team by team

Benefits:
Less manual work, fewer errors, and consistent setups across even the largest organizations.

Configuration Presets

Mass Provisioning

Create users at scale before they even log in

Mass provisioning allows admins to create Revenue Grid users in bulk based on users that already exist in the customer’s Salesforce org.

Instead of creating users one by one, admins can provision multiple users at once directly from the Admin Panel significantly reducing manual setup and preparation time.

Benefits:

  • Faster onboarding for new hires
  • Consistent setup
  • Lower operational overhead for RevOps and IT
  • Scales easily

Mass provisioning doesn’t replace onboarding, but it removes friction from it, making first login faster and smoother for end users.

Centralized Sidebar Settings

One place to manage the user experience

Sidebar settings are now easier to manage and standardize across teams, especially when combined with presets.

Benefits:

  • A consistent experience for reps
  • Faster UI and workflow updates

Admins stay in control, while users get a cleaner, more predictable experience.

Client ID & Advanced Access Control

Enterprise-grade integration control without support tickets

Platform admins can now generate and manage Client IDs and Clents Secrets directly in the Revenue Grid Admin Panel. This gives full control over how Revenue Grid integrated with Salesforce.

Benefits: This adds another layer of security and compliance for enterprise environments with strict IT requirements.

Performance Package

Built to scale with complex Salesforce environments

Throughout 2025, we focused heavily on performance improvements to support:

  • Large datasets
  • High activity volumes
  • Custom objects and advanced data models

Benefits: These enhancements ensure Activity Capture stays fast, stable, and reliable as your organization grows.

Why This Matters

Our 2025 updates reinforce Activity Capture as a solution that adapts to how your business already works, not the other way around.

Stay tuned, there’s more to come!

Our goal wasn’t just to add features. It was to remove friction, so revenue teams can scale, adapt to custom data models, and move fast without breaking their systems.
