Your Direct Window to Salesforce: Revenue Engage Integration with Revenue Inbox

This integration is implemented via Revenue Inbox Sidebar, which appears on the right-hand side of Revenue Engage window after you click the icon in RE.

Revenue Inbox sidebar

The multifunctional area (on the top), which serves as your direct window to Salesforce. Refer to the articles about Revenue Inbox Sidebar for full detail on what you can achieve through this sidebar.

Sequences tab in the sidebar

One of the distinctive features of Revenue Inbox sidebar is ability to perform some functions related to your Revenue Engage sequences right within the sidebar itself. It very convenient because you are able to access it when opened in you email client. For certain actions, there is no need to open Revenue Engage at all.

On this tab you can find engagement stat, last contacted, person status. This information is also available on prospect's profile area in Revenue Engage.

You may opt out a person from all sequences he/she is enrolled to or on opposite, enroll to another sequence.

By hovering on ongoing sequence in the tab, you may Finish a sequence for a prospect with specific Person Status attached along (Not Interested, Success, Opt-out).

Also with the "Run now" button, you can force the next scheduled step within a sequence (if any).





Sequence Widget

The Sequences widget (on the bottom), which shows Sequences a Contact/Lead is enrolled into. It also has some controls over lead’s progress within a Sequence. Right from the widget, you may:

a) See if an action is required within a Sequence to which a contact currently is engaged. For full list of types of actions which may get required, please refer here ;

b) Add a contact to another Sequence;

c) Perform actions related to the currently ongoing Sequence: Reschedule a step, pause or resume a sequence for the recipient, or finish with standard options Person Statuses.
