Senior Sales Account Executive


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Account Executive with exceptional value-based selling skills and a proven track record of achieving sales results. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building.


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients through thorough market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads. 30-50% of your leads should be self-sourced to begin.
  • Value-Based Selling:
  • Utilize a consultative and value-based selling approach to understand client needs and position our SaaS solutions as tailored solutions.
  • Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our products to prospects, focusing on solving their specific challenges.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS offerings.
  • Adapt presentations to address the unique needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to prospects to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and sales closure rates.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Lead negotiation processes to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Close sales deals independently with C-level executives and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Post-Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing customer satisfaction.


  • 7-12 years proven experience as a successful SaaS Sales Account Executive with confidence in dealing with C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to financial services, insurance, and consulting groups a plus.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies and a customer-centric approach.
  • Has experience with sales data analytics and industry partners such as Salesforce, Google, Tableau and Microsoft
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial spirit to self-source and cultivate 30-50% of own leads.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or other related coursework is preferred.
