Responsibilities

1. Provide full scope of HR retention service to the employees, including:

  • Communication with the managerial team and all unit employees on the regular basis, improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy
  • Hold satisfaction surveys and performance appraisal process for the teams
  • Resolving complex people relations issues
  • Providing a quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complaints, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges
  • Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members

2. Legal and compliance:

Participate in the development of the company’s personnel policies, taking part in internal and external audits.

3. Reporting:

  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, ad-hoc reporting, creating reports for senior management
  • Analyzing trends and metrics within the department.

4. Recruiting and onboarding:

  • Organizing overall recruitment process in the company; conducting searches for open vacancies
