RevenueGrid Signals Explained¶

RevenueGrid Signals are used as a tool for self-organization and to-dos distribution among RG team members, as well as for delivering notifications and reminders generated by the platform.
RG to-dos and reminders do not get automatically registered as Salesforce tasks, remaining in RevenueGrid.
Actions on Signals¶
Delete: a To-do task or Notification can be deleted as irrelevant or obsolete
Mark as done: use this action to register a To-do as completed
Reschedule: use this action to postpone a To-do, so it will be triggered on another date/time
If purchased, SCC Sidebar shows signals’ context retrieved from Salesforce.
Team managers (Admins) can view and manage Signals assigned to other team members.
1. To-Dos - this signal type has a higher importance. It implies that a specific action is required from the team member(s) receiving it.
When a deadline set for a To-do passes, the To-do acquires the Overdue status and marking.
Additionally, there are Escalated To-Dos with corresponding marking; these are higher priority to-do signals which were created or assigned to a user by the team manager (Admin).
To-dos can be created by RG users as well as generated by the platform itself, e.g. on Sequence stage change.
2. Notifications - this signal type serves on informing purposes; it does not require extra actions from the team member(s) receiving it.
