How to Start Working with RevenueGrid

To start working with the platform, you need to:

Important: For some customers this preparatory step is performed by Invisible.io Support team.
Set up SmartCloud Connect Add-In and Synchronization (included in RevenueGrid package) and log in into SmartCloude Connect Add-In. Follow this guide step by step to do that.

 

2. Open the RevenueGrid access link provided by Invisible.io, e.g. https://mycompany.revenuegrid.com, in a supported web browser.
Alternatively, you may open the platform via SmartCloud Connect Sidebar in your MS Outlook/Outlook.com

 

3. Click Sign in with Salesforce

 

4. Get authenticated in RevenueGrid by logging in with your Salesforce account via Salesforce OAuth window that appears

 

RevenueGrid’s Planner pane will be opened shortly. Proceed to this article to learn how to use the platform.

 

How to Open RevenueGrid via Outlook.com/Office 365 or MS Outlook Desktop

You may also open RevenueGrid via SmartCloud Connect Sidebar right from your Outlook.com/Office 365 mailbox or MS Outlook Desktop. To do that:

In Outlook.com/Office 365

1. Open SmartCloud Connect Sidebar; see this article to learn how to do that.

 

2. Open SmartCloud Connect Menu, select Open RevenueGrid
