RevenueGrid Sequence Stages

Some sequence stage updates are automatic, others are initiated by RG users via Planner tab, based on the prospects’ replies.

Important

Note that when contact’s and lead’s statuses change in RevenueGrid, it gets reflected in Salesforce and other way around as well. If status changes directly in Salesforce, it gets mirrored accordingly in RevenueGrid. For example: if status changes to Nurture directly in Salesforce, the relevant RG sequences for this prospect will be paused and status will change to In conversation. See more in the table below.
