RevenueGrid Prospect Statuses¶
If you do not want contacted prospect’s status to be updated automatically when the Sequence proceeds to its next stage, clear the “Update Person stats on Sequence Stage Change” checkbox in the Sequence’s settings. That is useful, for example, if running a secondary nurturing email Sequence is required after a primary prospect engagement Sequence was successful.
Bounced - if a hard bounce delivery failure notification was received in response to a Sequence email, RG will change this prospect’s status to Bounced; in addition, the delivery failure automatic email will be put to the Notifications category in the Engagement Planner tab. You can also assign this status to a prospect via RG Sequence widget.
A hard bounced prospect’s Salesforce Lead will be automatically marked as Junk Lead.
In conversation - this status is assigned to a prospect upon getting one’s responds to a Sequence email, SMS, call, or another kind of communication. This status reflects that the engagement Sequence was successful.
Just added - prospect was added to RG but it’s not involved in any Sequences yet.
Not contacted - this status indicates that no contact has been made with the prospect yet.
Not interested - this prospect’s status is assigned by an RG user if a prospect responds to a Sequence step expressing his/her disinterest in this campaign, by email or another communication channel. However, this prospect can still be contacted in the course of other campaigns.
Opted Out - this prospect status can be assigned by an RG user by clicking the button Opt Out in the Sequence widget, if a prospect asks to get completely disengaged from any campaigns by email or by another communication channel. In addition, RG assigns this prospect status automatically if a prospect clicks the unsubscribe link in a Sequence email.
Unresponsive - this prospect status is automatically assigned by RG if there has been no response from a prospect to automated email sequence messages for 1 week. In this case either another communication channel should be used or another Lead from the same company should be engaged. If the prospect responds some time later, the status can be updated to In conversation, Not interested, or Opted out.
